EARLY CLOSURE DUE TO SEVERE WEATHER CONDITIONS

Dear Parents/Carers,

As you are aware, the school has made every effort to remain open today.

However, over the course of the day the weather has greatly deteriorated and we are concerned about ensuring that all our students and staff are able to get home safely.

We have, therefore made the decision to close the school early in order to facilitate this.

Students who are unable to leave before the normal time will remain in school and will be supervised by staff.

We expect the school to be open as usual tomorrow, Thursday 7th January 2010 but please check our website or ring the school first to confirm this.

Thank you for your continued support and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Yours sincerely,

Mrs. K.A. Terrell
